Carnal Infiltration

We all have carnal desires because indeeed, we are merely humans. We are not exempted from the earthly temptations and sinful nature. We all are born sinners and it is human nature to sin. No human is perfect; only God is. But using the human nature as an excuse to escape divinity and pursue earthly luxuries is absolutely a foolish and ungodly act.

A man's body is sacred because it is God's creation and property. We all are God's creation and everything is all borrowed and owed from Him. Therefore, we should take delicate and utmost care of our carnal possession. If someone borrows a property from you, of course, you would want that person to take good care of your property like how you take good care of it. Likewise with how our good Lord wants us to nurture our holistic being not just physically but in all aspects of our being.

Our body is sacred and it is not something that you let someone use or abuse. Our body represents the perspective we have on rearing our lives. It represents our whole being. The way you appear to the eyes of mankind represents the way you treat yourself. Every bit of you whether it would be in physical being is sacred because we all are made in the image of God.

One must glorify God and one way is taking good care of our physiological being. Would you think that drug abuse, excessive smoking, engaging in sexual intercourse with multiple partners, indulging in unhealthy habits can hallow God's name? We must recognize how to be shameful for our acts. One must remember that we only borrowed everything from Him.

We all are sinners but it is not an excuse to indulge in sinning. One must remember that there always is hope and repentance for everyone. The patterns of the world are deadly and sinful and we should not conform to it. Never forget to ask for forgiveness and to take ownership of your sins. God loves His people that as a Father, He only wants the best for his children. Ask for forgiveness, enlightenment, and guidance so that you may not be like the others.

"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2
It does not mean that if everyone does it, you should also do it. Contrary to the saying "If you can't beat them, join them." God prepares a special place for his faithful and obedient children.
